  1. U know nothing of a healthy lifestyle and neither were a vegan. Not saying for any other reasons but the responsibility one has with a public channel to serve the right message and I've been following on some of your videos and u contradict yourself frequently. Please stop using veganism as a subject of your fort and just share your lifestyle as your own balance. The public deserves better than you. Thanks.

  4. so i joined the navy and i was wondering if spinning would help build up my stamina i mean i know it would but would you think it would be worth it to spin and then work out after or something? i just have no idea i'm so new to this and i really want to try spinning

  5. I'm not trying to come off as mean or rude or anything, just a suggestion. You should consume more fruits to really carb up as your body runs on carbs for energy. Also eat more, you seem to be really into fitness and putting the right foods in your body can do wonders. I know you aren't "vegan" or "plant based" anymore, but it's just something to consider. Again, I don't mean any harm.

  6. Can you possibly do a video on like meal prepping and how you figure out your meals throughout the week and possibly like how you cook it? I just moved into my first apartment and i’m having a hard time figuring out what to eat to stay healthy and meal prep and stuff and i would love to know what you do!
